We have carried out a review on our online customer portal and identified some areas that do not meet the accessibility standards outlined in the new government regulations. Although the regulation only applies to public sector bodies, which is a category that LHP does not fall into, our commitment to Customer First means that we are in the process of replacing our current website, which will launch in 2021, and we will ensure that this meets all the accessibility standards.
